An excavator hydraulic quick connector, also known as a hydraulic quick coupler or hydraulic quick hitch, is a device used to quickly and easily attach and detach hydraulic attachments to an excavator or other hydraulic machinery. It provides a secure and efficient method for connecting hydraulic lines and allows for rapid changes between different attachments without the need for manual tools or complicated procedures.
The hydraulic quick connector typically consists of two main components:
Female Coupler: This component is permanently attached to the hydraulic arm of the excavator. It contains hydraulic lines and fittings that connect to the excavator's hydraulic system. The female coupler has a locking mechanism that securely holds the hydraulic attachment in place.
Male Coupler: This component is attached to the hydraulic attachment, such as a bucket, breaker, or grapple. It has corresponding hydraulic lines and fittings that align with those on the female coupler. The male coupler is designed to easily slide into and lock with the female coupler, creating a tight and secure connection.
To connect an attachment using a hydraulic quick connector, the operator aligns the male coupler with the female coupler and pushes it in until it locks into place. Once connected, hydraulic fluid can flow through the lines, enabling the attachment to be operated by the excavator's hydraulic system.

Through bolts: Longer service life by to applied heat treatment.
Back head: Using 20CrMo steel, impact energy is accumulated due to charged nitrogen gas in the block.
Front Head: Using 20CrMo steel, high quality with long using life .
Valve: using grinding processing to improve the size presicion, position accuracy & coordination accuracy.
Cylinder body: Material: 20CrMo, high temerature quenching treatment, grinding processing;
Piston: Longer service life by optimized design and high quality special steel.
Back Head: Using 20CrMo material provided by domestic famous manufacturer, forging again and again to make internal organization more tight and increasing the hydraulic breaker abrasion resistance.
Chisel: The specially heat treated chisel is directly applied to break rocks. Four types for your choise: Moil, Blunt, Flat, Conical Point. The material is 42Crmo.
Main Body: Including Front head, cylinder and back head. Each part is in best performance.
